Vyelfraz - Emperor of the Gnollish Hordes; a very powerful gnoll that really isn't much use on his own; generally follows Alaraxar as an attendant
Taronok the Starcrosser- Created from the heart that Gallan had cut from Alaraxar, Taronok is greatly more self-sufficient than Vyelfraz; he is far more diplomatic than either of his two closest allies

Name: Alaraxar
Alignment: Evil
Domain: Predator
Portfolio: Trial by fire, primacy, beasts
Symbol: Teeth within another set of teeth
Description: Alaraxar is the god of the hunt and predators. He upholds the food chain and the noble rite of the hunt. His worship is steeped in an appreciation for nature order and the romanticized tales of rivals forever entangled in the hunt.
Commands:
- Do not interfere with a chase, unless you wish to become a part of it.
- Uphold the honor of the hunt; do not dishonor yourself or your kin.
- Always be aware. Or you will be eaten. (If something befalls you, you should have seen it coming and you have no one to blame but yourself.)
Alaraxar is a whirling shape of fangs, teeth, claws, and other natural implements until he is called upon to act. He is instinct given divinity and seeks to uphold the natural order. In combat, he desires an equality between opponents only as part of the resources they are given. When Alaraxar jumps into the fray, he takes on a fair form to try the wits and instinct of his subjects. Brains versus brawn, one adaptation versus the next.
Generally he might take the form of a humanoid lion with a host of other animal developments that have become tried and true. The Divine Hunter is a diehard pragmatist. He tries to avoid speaking when able as his mouths were made to devour, not chat; overly prolonged sessions of talking will even cause him to bleed from his mouths.
Worship of Alaraxar is 10% sensation, 20% appreciation, 30% dedication, and a whole lot of running. He will personally oversee the hunt of each of many of his worshipers once each year, known as the Trials of the Predator. A month before the chase starts, the 'competitors' will receive a golden leaf. By that time next month, Alaraxar manifests in an appropriate form and does his best as a mortal figure to kill the follower. If the follower evades the god for long enough, they live on as a favored one. If the follower is killed, they join the immortal pack of Alaraxar. Interestingly enough, if the follower slays their god, they are subsumed into the primordial form of the predator god and assume the new role.
The fanged lord also recognizes his influence in civilization and supports outlaws and those embroiled in rivalry.
Alaraxar was created by Pohloh to watch over the newly created predators, with a glaring exception to panthers.
Rituals:
Seven Daily Meals
Rather than three square meals a day, the faith calls for far more. The seven meals can be characterized as: breakfast, brunch, lunch, supper, dinner, and nightsfull.
Twelve Feasts of the Fanged Lord's Court
Where other faiths may have pilgrimages to different lands, the Twelve Feasts are more palatable (to some). Also know as the Most Decadent of Meals, the Twelve Feasts are to be performed whenever possible to earn the favor of Alaraxar; this is generally how sacrifices are conducted. These Feasts supplement the seven daily meals that have become the staple of Alaraxarian sustenance around Fang Island and the world for his people.
- The Feast of Natural Hunt: Slaying and consuming a natural beast while preserving the danger of the hunt is the most basic of the Feast Rites.
- The Feast of Finality: In essence, this Feast can only be fulfilled once. In it, the participate eats until the act kills them or they can no longer find anything to eat.
- The Feast of Fatal Pleasantries: Among initiates to the faith, the Feast of the Challenge varies by sect. Generally the goal is to carry on a dinner and conversation in stealth. If any of the diners happen to find each other, they are to kill on sight until the feast is complete or one is left.
- The Feast of the Symbol: This ritual is required to have a proper unholy symbol; the participate must kill and consume some monstrous creature. Its teeth are mounted onto a square or circle of flesh carved from the enemy that features the killing wound (arrow holes and cuts from blades are most common). This is then strung with the sinew or any substitute in order to thread the symbol and create a necklace from it.
- The Feast of Fang Island: Once every five years all calling is made for his followers to venture to the uncharted land of Fang Island and partake in ritual eating contests.
- The Feast of Ages Defied: Consuming a sidhe of at least 100 years in age, though Alaraxar is not one to take that age requirement so rigidly if a sidhe ends up dead either way.
- The Feast of Opposition Shattered: Consuming a mortal enemy or rival is the highest of honors after a victorious battle; the battlefields of his followers are home to this psychological attack.
- The Feast of Dragongore: Consuming a young adult dragon or older fuels the Hunters hatred of the Wyrmfather and related kin.
- The Feast of Incarnates: One of the more hard to come by Feasts, devouring the flesh of immortal creatures such as demons, devils, and angels is a badge of honor.
- The Feast of Revelations: Cannibalism is the most devout sacrament of Alaraxar. Generally the races previously mentioned cannot attain this Feast, as those races are normally beyond his good graces.
- The Feast of Feasts: Self-cannibalism in the Hunter's order is a purer extension of cannibalism among one's race.
- The Feast of Divinity: Consuming the flesh of a divine being, including Alaraxar himself.
