Purple dragons breath maddens all those who breath it, and when those who breath it die they return as malevolent spirits loyal to the Purple.
Shadow dragons breath is a white cloud which drains the soul from the creatures body. When it dies, if it is humanoid and Inferi is born from it's shadow, every time.

Shadow dragons breath is a white cloud that steals the souls of those inside, binding them as small mimics of themselves in their rib-cage. The Shadow Dragon can summon these ghosts to protect itself. When the Shadow Dragons mortal form is destroyed the ghosts are taken back to guard it's phylactery.
Additions:
Dracoliches are undead dragons, they can be created while alive using powerful rituals, or they can be resurrected from the corpse of a dragon through powerful necromantic or darkly divine power and spells. Dracoliches can be created using unrefined magic, but the process is far easier when using a refined form of magic, like a necromancer or mage uses to cast spells. Dracoliches are more powerful than they were in life, filled with an unholy vigor and immune to all the things they were before, as well as many new kinds of harm. Dracoliches have breath weapons that are both the same, and the opposite of what they had before.
Reds breath still burns, but the fire they create is cold, and burns through chill, though it can still start chilling blue fires that seem to sap the strength of those near them as they burn.
Blues breath a crackling red lightning which steals the strength from whatever it hits and gives it to the Dracolich who breathed it out
Greens breath out a cloud of black death, which eats away at those inside and turns them to dust.
Blacks breath out a blast of black goo that spreads a hideously fast spreading cancer,
Whites breath out pure white heat, that burns enemies away,
Grays breath out a clear liquid which quickly slides off of flesh, carrying the blood of it's victim with it, as their blood begins to weep out of their skin,
