Jiryiin
Name: Jiryiin of Many Minds, The Seven Sided Coin, The Mysterious Genius, The Fundamental Genius, The Perfect Engineer
Alignment: Unaligned
Domain: Technology
Portfolio: Innovation, Genius, Scholastics
Symbol: A multi-layered monocle set in gears
Description: Jiryiin is nothing short of a unfathomable mastermind with seven polar minds; the more genius the better and if you think he's insane you simply do not understand his genius. To Jiryiin, anything can be accomplished purely through one's own genius: any situation can be solved, any problem can be fixed, any enemy can be defeated, and any device or technique can be improved. He also imparts upon his followers his belief that as much work as possible should be done by one's genius, whether that be a device that farms for you, a gun that kills for you, a suit of armor that defends for you, a trap that defeats for you, or a tactic that slays a dragon for you.
Commands:
- Be as innovative/creative as possible, there are solutions to every problem so find them. (Technology is the fruit of invention which in turn is born from innovation, innovation and creativity are one and the same and possibilities are limited only by your creativity)
- Avoid unnecessary injury upon one's mind and body, a true genius lets their ingenuity fight for them.
- Magic opens endless possibilities, like any other tool it can be controlled and manipulated so embrace it as another means to an end.
Appearance: In terms of appearance, Jin resembles a tall and scrawny yet devilishly handsome humanoid, possibly an elf, possibly a human, it's hard to tell. His short silver hair is combed back into wild spikes(Imagine Phoenix Wright after an office party) and is highlighted any of seven different hues which seamlessly shift to correspond with whichever one of his geniuses has taken the forefront. Within his left socket is flawless orb of mithril with an onyx embedded within it in place of a pupil and within his right is a multifaceted gem with seven different hues which rotates in order to correspond with whichever one of his geniuses has taken the forefront. Over his right arm is a wood and stone gauntlet with long and sharp fingers that he can adjust at will. The gauntlet is composed of possibly hundreds of layers of plates that somehow contain all of his magical devices. It's periphery is adorned with extruding
blunt-spiked copper wheels gears that spin faster as he becomes more emotional, which rarely happens. At least it's assumed that it's over his right arm, but it's hard to tell considering how it's barely half an inch thicker in diameter than his left which is admittedly scrawny.
The Seven Geniuses(Personalities):
- Scout: Scout is an emotionless and laid back genius, he always bears a dull and emotionless expression and speaks in series of simple sentences and statements. He is the advocate of nature within the spectrum and is often called "Tree Hugger" by Crimson. He tries to keep the others in check but his laid back attitude and lack of enthusiasm results in his opinion often not being heard or simply being disregarded by the others.
- Crimson: Crimson is the most outspoken of the geniuses and has been certified clinically insane by 27 psychiatrists and 16 referrals and he is by far the most "creative" of the geniuses. He possesses an inexhaustible reservoir of creativity and creates the most insane and out-there inventions and theories. Crimson always wears a devilish grin and inexplicably possesses sharper canines than any other genius except Death. He enjoys creating nicknames for the others as well as fighting other creatures. He especially revels in the kill.
- Royal: Royal is a calm and calculating genius and is often called upon to be the diplomat or tactician. Royal possesses a brain capable of processing over a terabyte of information a minute and is able to calculate the possible outcomes as well as their individual probabilities within milliseconds. As such,he always takes into careful consideration what he says or does and is also well versed in the theories and strategies of war and diplomacy. He is very polite and well-mannered and is considered a gentlemen among gentry. As such, he is often called "Rich Boy" by Crimson.
- Mage: Mage is the arcanist of the geniuses and can be both calm and wild, he shifts like the flow of mana.
- Soldier: Soldier is the warrior of the geniuses and possesses an expression void of all emotions although that is not to say he is void of a conscience. He is flawlessly disciplined, cold and calculating, well versed in over a thousand different fighting styles, is a skilled blacksmith, and never wastes a movement, create an unintentional opening, or let down his guard. He is essentially the perfect warrior but he is constantly burdened by the lost lives of those he kills. As such, he is often called "Coward" by Crimson because he allows crimson to do most of the fighting and almost all of the killing. He is only ever called upon when the foe is too difficult for Crimson to defeat or when he is needed to aid in the creation of a new weapon of sorts.
- Priest: A sighing romantic, possibly a woman or simply gay.
- Death: A dark and heartless individual. Apparently has some history with Crimson,
